We’re meeting at Mikkeller Moriskan at 18:30 for another midweek run through Malmö.

New week with MRC Malmö. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’re back with Smooth Wednesday from Mikkeller Moriskan at 18:30, with our usual routes and paces.

And then on Saturday, it’s finally time for First Saturday in Copenhagen. 🍻

We’ll take the 09:50 train from Malmö C and, as always, you’ll find us at the very back of the train.

Want to start the day with parkrun at Amager Strandpark? Join us on the 07:50 train instead.

What a weekend with MRC Malmö. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Saturday gave us Midnattsloppet, with great performances all around and plenty of support for each other, both on and off the course. Exactly how we like to do race day.

Then on Sunday, we welcomed our new friends from Doxy Runners for a sightseeing run through Malmö, followed by a very enjoyable afternoon together at Moriskan. 🍻

Running together, cheering each other on and making new friends along the way. This is what social running is all about.

The weekend with MRC Malmö. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

A slightly different one this time.

On Saturday, there’s no official MRC Malmö run as many of us are taking on Midnattsloppet. We’ll meet at Stortorget from 20:00 for a group photo before the race, and if you’re not running, come join our cheering zone and help us make some noise. 📣

Then on Sunday, we’re welcoming Doxy Runners from Sunderland for a Social Sunday sightseeing run through Malmö.

41 runners. A new MRC Malmö record! 💙💛

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for our We Run For Ukraine edition of Smooth Wednesday. Amazing to see so many familiar faces, new runners and 41 people sharing the kilometres together.

And if you’d still like to support We Run For Ukraine, check the last slide in this post. There you’ll find the link to register your run and donate 100 SEK to help provide electric wheelchairs to Ukrainians living with severe war-related injuries.

On Wednesday, we’re joining We Run For Ukraine, a global charity run supporting Ukrainians with severe war-related injuries. 💙💛

Sunday champs on Road to Nice #7 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

22 km through Malmö, passing five of the city’s water towers along the way.

A big thank you to Captain Niclas for putting the route together and leading the run, and to everyone who joined and made it such a strong Sunday out.

What a turnout for Smooth Wednesday!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for the Discobajer 45 Challenge, and an extra big thank you to Captain Camilla for putting together something a little different, very fun and definitely not easy.
