Trainics Outdoor Open Workout this weekend!💪☀️

This Sunday (19 July) between 10.00 - 12.00 we are at doing an open workout at Vasaparken. On the corner to St. Eriksplan.

🆓 Free for everyone to join! Come and hangout, bring anyone you think would enjoy this kind of workout! 🔥

Smashed a 15km run this morning. 💪 Spent 9km running in zone 2 (6:15-6:30min/km) and the last 6km in zone 3-4 (4:30-4:45min/km). Slowly adding mileage and increasing speed for the Stockholm Marathon next year ⚡️

I signed up for Stockholm Marathon 2027! 🤙😬 Last week was nothing short of amazing, to workout in sunny Spain has been a privilege. Ended the week on 53km ran and 5 static/upper body workouts. ⚡️
