I believe that our health is the #1 thing!
We need to take care of our health, we only have this one body, where else could we live?
It´s time for relaxing and reflection, during this holiday season, and to make a summary of 2019.
I´m making progress since my Knee-Replacement Surgery, but I need to be careful, one step at a time.. maybe I did too much in the beginning?
How about Health, Wealth and Yourself? Are you where you want to be in your life, or do you feel that you need a change, maybe change some of your habits to reach your next level?
If YOU only could CHANGE TWO THINGS 2020, what would it be?
I will FOCUS on NEW Healthy Wealthy Habits and create a Prehab and Training Plan so I can be BACK ON TRACK next year, closer to my full potential, with my brand new knee, one step at a time!
