Within the International Drinkable Rivers Measurement Week, which take place in different countries of Europe and the world, from 18th till 25th of September, 2022.

The Measurement Days will take place in Ytterjarna, Virbela Atelie, and Boathouse, Jarna, Sweden,

Thursday, 10-15.00 Boathouse, Ytterjarna

Thanks to water. Observing water in the nature (by walking/paddling/rowing etc).
Taking samples of water. Doing analysis.
Communication: stories telling and listening about water’s mysteries. Short presentations.
Cultural part. Buffet

Step into the world of the wooden boy! We’re excited to announce “Guillermo del Toro: Crafting Pinocchio,” an exhibition devoted to the craft and process behind the celebrated filmmaker’s first stop-motion animation film, Pinocchio Movie.

In visitors will experience being on a movie set and see first-hand how an international team of designers, craftspeople, and animation artists in Portland, Oregon, and Guadalajara, Mexico, worked collaboratively on to realize del Toro’s vision.

Opening December 11, the exhibition will present working film sets, production art, props, puppets, marionettes, motion tests, time-lapse video installations documenting the complex stop-motion process, and more, concluding with an immersive installation that brings together newly commissioned video and posters from del Toro’s filmography, including works such as , , and .

!Entra al mundo del chico de madera! Estamos muy emocionados de anunciar la exposición “Guillermo del Toro: Crafting Pinocchio,” dedicada a la artesanía y el proceso creativo detrás de “Pinocho de Guillermo del Toro,” la primera película de stop-motion creada por el célebre cineasta.

En los visitantes tendrán la experiencia de estar en el set de filmación de la película ; y podrán ver de primera mano cómo una clase internacional de diseñadores, artesanos y artistas de animación (provenientes de Portland, Oregon y Guadalajara, México) trajeron vida a la visión de del Toro.

La exhibición, que se inaugura el 11 de diciembre, presentará los escenarios completos de la filmación, diseños de producción, utilería, títeres, marionetas, pruebas de movimiento y videos de instalaciones en alta velocidad, los cuales documentan el complejo proceso de animación en stop-motion. La exposición concluye con una instalación inmersiva que reúne diseños exclusivos de videos y carteles de la filmografía de del Toro, incluyendo obras como , , y .

Dear friends!
We are from Ukraine, we brought children to Sweden (parents stayed in Ukraine). In Ita-Jarna, canoe and kayak training (in the boathouse) began, this is the Swedish-Ukrainian club "Jarna Canoe Club Yellow-Blue".
We invite you and your children to classes and trainings. Classes are held daily from 7-00 for athletes, from 9 and 16-30 for beginners, and in the evening from 18 for adults. Every Tuesday at 18-00 Botmer gymnastics. From July 14 to July 17, the club's team takes part in competitions for the Swedish championship in canoeing and kayaking. The cost of the trip includes travel, transportation of boats, accommodation, meals, license to participate. A significant part of the costs is covered by friendly relations with clubs in Sweden.
