It is time to break the pattern and share some good news. After a long break we are back on the menu as we tie the knot with the brand new gym, Gymmet Wahlkvist.se. However, due to the spread of COVID-19 we have had to postpone the start. More information on actual start date coming soon.

Meanwhile, please keep exercising in whatever shape or form possible as it is of outmost importance to keep your body healthy and strong to fight this virus.

Namaste Stockholm

Welcome to Kungsträdgården in Stockholm City this Saturday and enjoy Indian culture, cuisine and much more. Read link for more information.

On the 23rd of May, we dedicate the entire day to provide you a sneak peek into India, its dizzying creative burst of cultures and religions, races and tongues. On this day we are creating a panorama for Stockholmers to experience the different aspects and amalgamation of several cultures of India. From Yoga to Dance and Fashion, from Art and Crafts to mouth-watering Indian Cuisine. We are show casing some elements of Indian culture that have had a profound impact across the world.

In the morning, we invite all the different Yoga centers and Yoga studios, their teachers and students, in fact all Stockholmers, children & adults to come and participate in our grand Yoga Event. The idea is to spread the yoga mats around the pool of water and make the magic of Yoga come alive!

In addition to Yoga we will show the wonderful diversity of Indian cuisine from some of Stockholm's approximately 130 Indian restaurants. Also Travel and Tourism operators will be present to show off their India destination packages. Designers will give you an unique opportunity to discover Indian designs and craftsmanship.
