Efter det att upprepade regelbrott påkommits i en av våra gruvor har ansvariga från alla våra fyra gruvföreningar haft ett gemensamt möte.
I de aktuella fallen har dyk loggats på Gruvdyk som inom regelverket och inom inskickad och godkänd dykplan. Dyk har dock i praktiken medvetet genomförts utanför de begränsningar som gäller och detta har uppdagats genom kontroll av dykdatorer.
De fyra föreningarna beslutade gemensamt att:
⁃ De dykare som genomfört dyken utöver begränsningarna kommer att stängas av från samtliga fem gruvor i nio månader.
⁃ Den dykare som tidigare fått en muntlig varning kommer utöver tidigare angiven konsekvens även få ett tillägg på tre månaders avstängning i samtliga fem gruvor.
Varning kommer även att delges andra dykare som i samband med ovanstående uppmärksammats för regelbrott.
Vi ansvariga tycker detta är mycket tråkigt och i hopp om att slippa avstängningar i framtiden ber vi alla att dyka inom den nivå som gäller för just dem, att följa sina (i förväg godkända) planer och att logga de faktiska djup och tider som dykts på Gruvdyk.se.

After it was recently discovered that a small group of people repeatedly had violated the rules in one of our mines, the groups responsible for the mines have held a meeting.
What had happened was that dives, on multiple occasions, were logged on Gruvdyk as within the rules and within the parameters of the previously approved dive plan, while the team deliberately exceeded the limits. This was detected by checking dive computers post dive.
The cooperating mines unanimously decided that:
⁃ The divers involved in diving beyond the limits will be banned from diving in all the five mines for nine months.
⁃ The diver who was previously warned will be banned for an additional three months.
A warning will also be issued to other divers that have been identified during the investigation of the above referenced violations.
We who are responsible for the diving activities think that this is a very sad situation. In hope that there will be no more need for future banning, we ask everyone to dive within the limits set for them, to follow their (earlier approved) dive plans and to log the actual depth and time that they dived on Gruvdyk.se.
