Joseph Pilates skapade inte bara en apparat – han skapade en metod. En metod som fortfarande, över 100 år senare, hjälper människor att bygga styrka, kontroll, rörlighet och en kropp som håller över tid.

På Studiopilates har vi undervisat i klassisk Pilates i över 20 år. Vi är Sveriges utbildningscenter för klassisk Pilates och varje klass bygger på kunskap, erfarenhet och den ursprungliga metoden – inte på en tillfällig träningstrend.
