Famke (Bella2 according the kids 😂) for the second time in front of the carriage and the first time out in the forrest.

The plan is to drive her outside as much as possible during autumn and winter to build her strength, stamina and confidence. Hopefully we can start her in competitions next year!

Nu komm Famke hem igen, efter inkörningen hos Axel Olin. Det tyckte hästarna var skönt och spännande.

Nu blir det körning på hemmaplan. Bygga upp relationen och musklerna, miljöträna och njuta!

Det har varit lite tyst här på sidan.

Bella är dräktig och vi kör henne inte längre. Famke gör framsteg, men vi tar det lugn så det finns inte så jättemycket att visa där.

Men körbanan finns kvar och används av oss och uthyrningar, så den behövs sladdas. Det gjörde vi idag, och vi filmade med drönaren.

Ta en paus på 5 minuter, njut av filmen och relax. Fly den galna världen vi lever i just nu i en liten stund bara. Filmen har inget budskap, ingen statistik, inga dödstal eller smittade.

Vi ska köra med Bella och vagn på Ängarnas ranch' familjdag, den 22e September, kl. 14 - 15:30.
Passa på att ha en rolig dag, åka häst och vagn, och köpa Simplfill.

Unfortunately has our baby daughter gotten the sixth disease, so we have to cancel our participation in the competition next weekend.

We'll be present as sponsors though and we'll show Simplfill in our booth!

Come and have a look at the best Swedish drivers! The marathon on Saturday promises to become a great spactacle!!!

Today Bella was confirmed to be with foal!!! 🐴-👶 From Ceasar ter Linden.

Luckily the vet approved competition driving for the first 6 months, so this year we're "save to compete"! 😂😂😂

Next year though... Well, it will be Famkes turn to shine!!! Because, yes, after having been testing her out for two months, she has been approved to stay! Let's see how far we come, starting from no driving experience at all... For now Famke hasn't been bothered a lot about all new things! (Famkes picture taken a couple of months ago, even in Sweden it's not that cold anymore...)

I fredags körde vi uppdrag! Det var kunderna från Ljungagården i Södra Ljunga som fick åka en tur med häst och vagn genom Södra Ljunga.

Det blev mycket uppskattat av kunderna och personalen och vi gör gärna om det nån gång!

Our first marathon in the class called 'Lätt A', where we finally are allowed to canter! Bella and I had to get used to it, so we didn't canter as much as we'd love to. But we did drive the lines as we had intended, including the water and the bridge (at the end).

Our times were not on par with most of the competition (about 10 seconds slower in every obstacle compared to the very best...), but Bella has improved so much compared to when we started competing, only 2 years ago. Back then we had trouble with the upper time limit, yesterday, we had to walk in the end to avoid being too fast! And despite the fact that another 3,2 km was added in front of the obstacle course, Bella had no issue at all with fatigue!

I have to say that I'm seriously getting addicted to this sport: the speed and adrenaline in the obstacles, the technique needed, the cooperation between horse and human, the opportunity to grow that much more,...

Big thanks to Erik (for grooming, staying on and keeping track of time) and his family (for the cheers, movies and pictures), and my wife, for staying home with our three small kids, while I'm having a blast!
