Boulderteknik-workshop med Elise på Purple open 2024, 14e juni💜
Jag heter Elise Mannerstråle, är 20 år och har klättrat sedan jag var nio. Under åren har jag samlat på mig mycket erfarenhet – både inomhus och utomhus, i lead och bouldering, i träning och tävling. Klättring är inte bara en hobby för mig, utan en passion och livsstil. Under en period satsade jag mot en proffskarriär och var med i juniorlandslaget, vilket har format min syn på träning och utveckling.
I den här workshopen vill jag dela med mig av konkreta tips och små tricks som hjälpt mig i min egen resa. Vi fokuserar på fotteknik på slab, men tar också upp användbara knep för överhäng. Jag hoppas att vi tillsammans får en inspirerande, lärorik och rolig stund där ni utvecklas som klättrare.

Bouldering Technique-Workshop with Elise at Purple open 2025, 14th of june💜
My name is Elise Mannerstråle, I’m 20 years old and have been climbing since I was nine. Over the years, I’ve gained a lot of experience—indoors and outdoors, in lead and bouldering, through both training and competitions. Climbing isn’t just a hobby for me; it’s a deep passion and way of life. For a while, I aimed to go pro and was part of the Swedish junior national team, which shaped how I approach training and progress.
In this workshop, I want to share some practical tips and small tricks that have helped me on my own journey. We’ll focus on footwork on slabs, but I’ll also share useful techniques for overhangs. My hope is that we’ll create a fun, inspiring, and educational session where you get to climb, learn something new, and enjoy the process.
