Ricardo—purple belt. A unique energy in the group, bringing creativity and joy to every roll.

Lucas—blue belt. Young and steadily growing, with a promising future on the mats.

Ivan—blue belt. Despite life’s balance, his return showed grit and competitive spirit.

Shahin—purple belt. Blending advanced techniques with dedication, always reliable.

Erik—black belt. A technical pillar with deep Jiu-Jitsu knowledge, a respected and long-standing cornerstone of our team.

Ludvig—black belt. Merging styles, new father, and a loyal teammate with strong presence.

Ni har kämpat, svettats och visat en fantastisk disciplin under en lång tid nu. Pass efter pass har ni dykt upp, gett ert bästa och verkligen gjort jobbet – och det märks. Den styrka och gemenskap som ni bygger varje dag är något alldeles speciellt.

Nu är Påsk här – och det är också en tid för återhämtning. Vila är en viktig del av träningen, så passa på att ladda om, umgås med nära och kära och njut av några extra lugna dagar.

Vi vill rikta ett stort tack till er alla för ert engagemang, er energi och den härliga stämning ni bidrar med. Det är ni som gör Valhalla till vad det är Glad påsk på er alla🌷🐣

Today, we proudly promoted our dear friend to brown belt. He’s been with us training alongside the entire Valhalla team since white belt. In the last year, Jonah has truly stepped up not only as a core instructor leading both gi and no-gi classes but also in his own growth. He has made key strides in his jiu-jitsu game deeply committed to his own development. His passion, skill, and friendship are invaluable to Valhalla. Congratulations Jonah.

Promotion Highlight:
Eric Carlsson has been consistently present, always doing his thing. He’s got a wealth of technical jiu-jitsu and, recently, he’s quietly stood out, letting his technique speak. In both classes and competitions, he’s shown he’s ready for the blue belt. We’re excited to see his journey ahead!
