🍃 Few things beats a day out in nature picking lingonberries and bringing the flavor of the forest home! Why not whip up a fresh lingonberry smoothie for your next hike? It’s the perfect companion to enjoy with your insulated bottle, keeping it cool and refreshing all day.

Lingonberry Smoothie Recipe:

1 cup fresh/frozen lingonberries
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1 cup almond milk

Blend and enjoy! 🌲

It is weekend, time to get out and your coffee needs a tasty sidekick on your outdoor pursuits. Pancakes are a true favorite when we’re out in the wild 🥞 Prepare at home and bring with you or bring the batter and fry over an open fire! We eat ours with both fresh blueberries and blueberry jam. Yum! You’ll find the pancake recipe here:

1,3 cups of flour
2,5 cups of oat milk
3 eko eggs
1/2 tsp of sea salt
2 tbsp of butter

Start by whisk the flour in haft of the amount of oat milk to a smooth batter. Add the rest of the oat milk, eggs and sea salt. Let the batter swell for about 10 minutes. Melt the butter and pour into the batter. Fry the pancakes in a hot pan with butter. Enjoy these tasty pancakes with a cup of coffee or why not a glas of milk!
