🐝 Have you put up your ATOBEE medal yet?
If not – now is perfect timing.

Most solitary bees are active between April and June, and right now they're actively looking for places to lay their eggs. The ATOBEE medal you received at Immeln Swimrun isn't just a memory from a good day in nature – it's a small home for some of our most valuable and threatened pollinators.

Sweden has around 287 species of solitary bees. Nearly a third of them are on the red list of threatened species.

Hang it somewhere sunny, ideally facing south on a wall or a tree. Not too close to the ground. Near flowers if you can.

Then just wait for the guests to arrive. 🌿

Om inte – nu är det perfekt timing.

De flesta solitärbin flyger april–juni och letar just nu aktivt efter platser att lägga sina ägg. ATOBEE-medaljen du fick på Immeln Swimrun är inte bara ett minne från en fin dag i naturen – den är ett litet hem för några av våra mest värdefulla och hotade pollinatörer.

Sverige har ungefär 287 arter solitärbin. Nära en tredjedel av dem finns på rödlistan över hotade arter.

Häng upp den på en solig plats, gärna i söderläge mot en vägg eller ett träd. Inte för nära marken. Nära blommor om du kan.

Sen är det bara att vänta på hyresgästerna. 🌿

We’re embarking on our most eventful year, and the first stop is Lindeborgs Nature Run on the 25th of April. This one is special. Come experience it for yourself and be part of something positive. Register before the 1st of April to claim a lower registration fee.
Our energy partners, Umara and Saltå Kvarn, will keep you fueled up for many laps!

Included in the registration is a pre-run snack and a warm organic lunch prepared by the talented Kristofer Winnerhed.

Enjoy the sauna and a cold-plunge in the natural swimming pond (or just a hot shower).

Basically, you’re getting a day at Lindeborgs Eco Retreat + great running and community. What could be better?
