There is a new CEO in town! Meet Eric Granström, former Piteå Elit-skier, born and raised in Piteå!

Q: How does it feel stepping in as CEO?
A: I’m a proud Piteå local and I’ve been skiing on Elpex since I was young. The first time was in 2011 on a pair of Team 610 that I used for many years. Elpex has always had a strong reputation up here and now more people are starting to see the brand in a new way. We’re at the beginning of something big, this is just the start.

Q: What’s your vision going forward?
A: To continue building Elpex into a modern sports brand. We want to make rollerskiing more accessible, more attractive, and keep developing both products and the brand.

Q: What are your first priorities?
A: Secure deliveries, strengthen our digital presence and improve structure in systems and inventory.

Q: How has the fire affected the company?
A: Tough, but also an opportunity. We’re rebuilding everything from scratch with better systems and more efficient ways of working.

Q: What’s Viktor’s role now?
A: He stays on as an active owner and support. The transition feels very smooth.

Q: What can we expect from Elpex in 2026?
A: A stronger brand, better products and increased international presence.
