Quiet on here because life is so rich & full ‘out there’ ❤️🌹

I spent nearly a year away from my work and it was the best thing I ever could have done.

In a world where we so often see women doing both- combining motherhood and business from almost the moment their child is born, I knew deeply that I didn’t want that.

I wanted to focus only on being a mother.

After 7 years of holding space and running a successful coaching practice it felt wild(!) and so right to let melt away for a while.

2025 was the first year in nearly a decade where I set no goals. After years of frequently goal setting, stretching myself and looking at ways to amplify my life I had just one wish for last year…

To completely and utterly throw myself into motherhood.

My whole self.

I had dreamt of being a mother for so long and when Nola arrived I found a peace and unbridled feeling of completeness and joy that was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.

Spending days (and nights) tending to my girl, to our little fam was all my heart wanted to do.

I knew motherhood would be an initiation and it was one I was so ready for.

Hands and heart wide open.
Welcoming the exquisitely blissful moments.
Holding the challenging times.
Meeting myself and my relationship more deeply than ever before.
Learning who my daughter was and how to meet her needs over my own preconceived ideas.

My daughter. Our greatest blessing & teacher.

And my coaching & energy work? I cannot express how much the combo of taking a year off & the growth from motherhood has propelled the work I do and support I give to the NEXT LEVEL.

It was an honour to pick this work back up a a few months ago.

To return to coaching, energy work, holding space.
With fresh energy, a fresh perspective.
Space holding deepened. Transformations quickened. The women in my space right now are achieving incredible things whilst *truly* honouring the fullness of who they are, their real desires, wants and needs.

Success with sustainability.
Purpose with deep rest.

Up until now my books have been mostly full with a handful of brilliant returning clients, but delighted to now have new spaces open to work with me in my 1:1 Coaching Experience (link in my bio)

6 months of Nola Grace ❤️

There are not enough words to adequately describe how much you mean to us and yet I’ll try…

From the moment that you were placed into my arms and I locked eyes on your scrunched up little face my whole world changed.
Expanded. Evolved. Deepened.

To be your mother is the greatest joy of my life. You are utterly adorable, comical, oh so chilled and have a laugh that lights up my heart. To be in this with the original LOML (let’s hear it for Kev) to raise you together, to be a family…it’s the total bestest thing to exist.

Every cliche I heard before you arrived is true;
You love them so much it physically hurts
You are so exhausted you practically forget your own name
It all goes by in the blink of an eye
You’d do some pretty illegal things if it guaranteed you just *one* night of 8hrs uninterrupted sleep
Their smile, laugh, toes, chubby cheeks are the greatest thing
You have to really concentrate on not having them be your whole personality because the truth is you could talk about them for hours on end
When they fall asleep you’ll stay up scrolling through pictures of them
The feeling of them in your arms, in *their* home, where they feel so safe & loved, is the biggest gift
You love in a way you’ve never felt before, a heart-explosion, soul unlocking kinda love.

Nola, You have brought me so much peace & joy. We love you forever and ever.

Bumps first holiday ✨

If this trip is anything to go by we’ve given the baby a penchant for island hopping, turquoise sea, hidden coves, lots of sun and copious amounts of Pringles.

Our favourite chapter of life is loading…

So blessed to get to share that Kev and I are expecting our first baby! ✨❤️

I’m currently 15 weeks pregnant and little one is due Earth side at the end of November.

We are feeling so blessed and happy (especially now I’m over the pretty insane nausea/sickness and exhaustion so I can actually soak up all the goodness!)

There is an inner peace that has settled over me - the knowing of divine timing and this is exactly what I’m meant (and ready) for. And the total joy of knowing I get to be a mama to this little bean and what an incredible parent Kev will be and getting to do this together and be in even deeper partnership then before.

We both feel incredibly lucky that this is happening for us- it’s not always the case, there are so many folks who dream of this experience and to those who are personally undergoing your own journey of conception/fertility or perhaps coming to terms that you will be living child-free, sending some much love to you as you navigate all of this.

With all this being said… this also means I’ll be stepping away from my work over the winter and for the majority of 2025.

There are some gorgeous ways we can work together before I go out which I’ll be sharing more of in the coming days.

I’ll also shortly be launching a brand new podcast - Your Inspired Life- which will be ready for your ears very soon!

The key to getting the thing that you are striving for?

Energetic and physical alignment to your desire(s).

Expansion (growth, change, whatever you want to call it) not only occurs but LASTS, When our body feels safe to welcome it.

If our body contracts, our throat tightens, we sense a resistance to even ‘going there’ when speaking and feeling into our desire, we’re going to end up trying to ‘mindset’ our way to it.

And yes, a beautiful, open, evolving, deep-believing mindset matters,

But we want the body on board too.

We want the body to soften and open as we speak to, feel into and take action toward what we want.

And so?

We do this by creating familiarity, safety, by honouring our nervous systems.

We do this by recognising where we hold resistance- how it has protected us previously and what you need to know and feel in order to be able to release it now for the newness to bloom.

We do this by taking micro steps if we need them and taking the big steps when we know we can.

And by recognising that what feels ‘true’ for our bodies can evolve, change, grow…

We can open up to the desire we have for ourselves beginning to feel true and safe even before it’s occurred.

And when it feels like that?! Just watch it magically unfold into your reality ✨🦋🌹

Let the fire burn again 🔥🌹

So much of my work in recent months has been around supporting women to discover who they are and what they truly want and stand for in THIS season of life.

It can feel like an edgy and confusing space, especially because all of them felt it so strongly before.
They remember a time, not so long ago, where they had a clear vision, a dream and knew exactly what they were going for in life and work.

And yet, they’ve evolved.

They’ve grown & changed.

Their work or biz is no longer new but well established,

Maybe they’ve become parents or experienced a big life change that has naturally made them evolve,

Maybe they’ve achieved ‘dreams’ that once felt far fetched and now wonder what’s next,

And suddenly it’s like “what do I even want? Who even am I?”.

And where our dreams and vision once felt like a fire, that burned deep and clear within, and propelled us into action…

Now feels like an ember, small, foggy, distant.

Confronting when you thought you wouldn’t land on that feeling again.

And so, in our work together we begin to land back into body & heart.

We begin to unearth and fan that ember.

We reopen the connection with intuition, innate wisdom and the soul.

We clear the stories of who we thought we had to be by now,

So we can open up to who we truly are.

We reestablish where their energy wishes to flow,

And what inspires and drives them.

Meeting yourself all over again.
Meeting your brilliance all over again.
Meeting unwavering self trust & the compass of your heart all over again.

And honey, the fire begins to burn again, ever so brightly. 🔥🔥

Illuminating clarity, peace, direction, love.

Propelling you into action.

Inviting you to surrender into the sweetness of life.

And returning you to the deep sense of knowing exactly who you are and what feels beautiful and true for this season is of life.

7 YEARS AS A COACH 🦋🌹

May 2017 I began my training with and quite truly- everything changed.

From the moment I began coaching people I knew I’d landed on something special. I went from being a girl who had thought she’d ‘never really find a career she liked’ to falling head over heels in love with something I would later understand is a part of my souls calling.

I look back at 2017/2018 me who was so tenacious, bold and brave. She was willing to do whatever it took to make it work, trying, failing, trying again- and being so steadfast in her desires and mission.

2019 me who went full time into her biz (alongside a move to New Zealand- and later Bali) who became clear on who she was, what she was good at and had such deep passion.

2020- my catalyst year. For the first time I was completely booked up and sold out- running groups, 121s and masterclasses and feeling on🔥🔥

2021 me who took her work to a whole other level, becoming trained as an energy healer and guiding clients more deeply and powerfully then ever before.

Then 2022/2023 Me who took on a brand new challenge- becoming the lead coach for a global company & running the programme out across EMEA- all the while still running the biz & working with insane humans.

2024- Watch this space! 🦋

I clearly remember when my first ever coach, back in 2017 asked me what my goal was in my biz/work long term- and I immediately said, without hesitation

“I want to master the art of coaching. I want to be incredible at what I do”.

And honestly to begin with that was all I focused on - and look at the journey it led me on 😭

Over the years it has continued to be the backbone in all that I do. I love coaching- it rocks. Thank you for being the thing that healed me so I could deeply hold others ❤️

And for everyone who has ever trusted in me to walk alongside you as your coach or healer- I’m blessed, blessed, blessed to have had you in my life. This work matters to me so much because of the hearts, brilliance and courage of people like you.

Let’s keep doing this till we’re 85 yeh?
