Meet the faculty bringing the AoEC Practitioner Diploma to the United States.

Dr Mathew Johnson and Dr Shannon O'Neill lead SPARC, the Academy's US Global Partner. Between them they bring decades in executive coaching and senior leadership in higher education, both former deans at Brown University, both PCC-credentialed coaches and AoEC alumni.

They are known for rigour, and for the care they bring to how each coach finds their own voice.

The founding US cohort will learn directly from them when the programme begins on 22 September 2026.
