We have been quiet on the socials but we have been busy in the schools.

Glow Disco Fitness have expanded this year and today was our first ever Glow Dodgeball session! We had so much fun we didn't want the session to end!

Calling all Central London Schools 😃📍

We run breakfast and after school clubs for KS1 and KS2.

Glow Disco combines dance and fitness with the added fun of neon equipment such as glow sticks, foam batons and LED balloons.

We lead easy-to-follow dance routines, small games and fitness exercises to all the children's favourite music. Glow Disco are passionate about getting children active and exercising their mind and body to enhance positive development.

It is perfect for children that might not be particularly sporty to give exercise a go in a fun, non-competitive atmosphere and also for active children to try something new. It is a fantastic confidence booster!

We understand how important physical fitness and wellbeing is for all children. Especially during this time for those who may not have been able to have access to an outside space or have had a difficult time through this pandemic.

We are mindful of the health and safety of the children and will work accordingly alongside your school's current procedures for your class bubbles whilst implementing any additional safety measures at your request, including testing of the instructors.

We will also provide a FREE cross-curricular PE resource pack for your school! ⭐

We are thrilled to introduce the new changes on our website - now with complete access to our cross-curricular PE!

Every activity is available with links to videos and FREE downloadable resources for print.

All activities have now been adapted to being both 'at home' sessions AND school PE lessons, along with further cross-curricular links to other subjects.
