📜 الالتزام الدولي
• السودان دولة طرف في اتفاقية حظر الأسلحة الكيميائية، وملتزم تماماً بعدم إنتاج أو تخزين أو استخدام أي منها.

• كل مخزون الكلور في البلاد مخصص حصراً لتنقية المياه والاستخدامات المدنية والصناعية والطاقة، ومستعدون لإثبات ذلك أمام أي جهة دولية مختصة.

• فور ظهور المزاعم، اتخذنا إجراءات فورية بالتعاون مع واشنطن.
• الجانب الأمريكي تعهد بتقديم الأدلة ولم يفعل.
• دعونا فريقاً أمريكياً لزيارة السودان والتحقق ميدانياً من المزاعم.
• اقترحنا فريق تحقيق مشترك من الخبراء الأمريكيين والسودانيين → الولايات المتحدة اعتذرت مرتين.

• ندعو فريق خبراء أمريكيين أو أي فريق دولي محايد لزيارة السودان وإجراء فحوصات مستقلة — بعد تسلّم الأدلة المزعومة — لإثبات عدم صحة هذه الادعاءات.
📑 Sudan’s Official Response to Chemical Weapons Allegations
Via Asharq Bloomberg — The Sudanese government has issued an official response to recent reports and allegations concerning chemical weapons in Sudan:
• Sudan is a State Party to the Chemical Weapons Convention and has remained fully committed to its provisions and procedures, including the non-production, non-stockpiling, and non-use of chemical weapons.
• We affirm that all chlorine stockpiles in the country are intended exclusively for water purification, civilian industrial uses, and energy production. Sudan stands ready to demonstrate this before any competent international authority.
• The Government of Sudan confirms that immediately upon the emergence of allegations regarding a purported Sudanese chemical weapons program, a series of measures were taken in cooperation with the United States.
• The United States pledged to provide evidence supporting these allegations — but has failed to do so.
• We extended an official invitation to the United States to visit Sudan and verify these claims on the ground.
• We proposed the formation of a joint investigation team comprising both American and Sudanese experts to conduct a field inquiry into the alleged use of chemical weapons.
• The United States declined this invitation on two separate occasions.
• Both sides subsequently agreed to hold joint technical meetings, under the auspices and mediation of a friendly and neutral country, to be hosted on its territory. Sudan accepted this proposal and submitted the credentials and composition of its delegation.
• Sudan reaffirms its full readiness to verify these allegations through an objective and transparent process.
• We renew our invitation to a team of American experts, or to a specialized delegation from any neutral international organization, to visit Sudan — once the alleged evidence has been formally submitted — to conduct independent inspections and field investigations, and thereby demonstrate the falsity of these claims.
