I'm not a gym person, I'm only there to go on the rowing machine. And living in Riyadh for a year now, I walk less. And after walking and hiking a lot while in Lebanon π±π§ and Canada π¨π¦ this summer, which I used to do A LOT, my body felt different again, and in order to maintain the endurance, strength, balance and flexibility (cause hello Pilates), I got to move those legs π¬
But anyway, these exercises can or maybe must be done no matter what else we practice or perform. They feel great βοΈ
Try them, I suggest 12 reps of each!
