13 years ago, you were 13 years older than me.
At a time when I had nothing except passion and a dream, you chose to believe in me. You stepped away from your own career and bought into a vision that, back then, was only living in my head. That’s something I will never ever take for granted.

Since then, we’ve been through everything together. We built a business, won awards, trained side by side, competed, travelled the world and created memories I genuinely never imagined we’d have. But beyond all the milestones and achievements enjoying the journey with you every single step of the way has been an absolute pleasure.

Here’s to every challenge, every laugh, every late conversation, every win and every moment still ahead of us.

Happy birthday to my companion and one of the biggest blessings in my life.

3 races in 4 days.

What a super special way to end the season.

I had a lot of doubt going into this weekend. I didn’t know if my body could pull it off, especially after racing multiple times these months. I showed up in a tough venue, in hot weather, with legs that I honestly didn’t know would show up today.

But I can’t give anything less than 100 percent, whatever the outcome is.

I spoke to , we made the decision to go through with it and today became more of a mental toughness exercise than just a race result.

I had to adapt. I changed my technique on the sled push and pull, found a way through, trusted my training, and pushed hard through the first half of the race. My mindset was simple: if I fail, I fail, but let me try.

To add to that, the judging this weekend was super strict. I kept hearing “go lower” again and again. I understand HYROX gets a lot of comments online about judging standards, but I genuinely believe I hit every rep properly. At one point I had five judges around me, which was honestly amazing. I was happy to be tested in tough conditions and even happier that I didn’t let it get to me.

A great result, only 50 seconds off my PB in Paris.
Thanks to every single who was there to cheer me on. People who are close to me and others whom I’ve just met. Wow. I’m really speechless ❤️

Amazing weekend. Unbelievable season.

This is probably the only thing in my entire life that I’ve ever done purely for myself.

No social responsibility. No managing people. No pressure to deliver for anyone else. No expectations beyond what I personally want from myself.

Just me against me.

The heartbeats before the start line. The nerves. The adrenaline. The euphoria that comes after. Putting months of training to the test and finding out who you really are when things start hurting.

Competing has reminded me what it feels like to grow again. To fail, learn, adjust, and slowly become better than the person you were the day before.

When I started last year, I honestly felt like a baby in the sport. I needed experience. I needed exposure. I needed to understand how to race, how to pace, how to suffer, and how to manage myself through it all. That’s why I raced every chance I got.

I know I can be obsessive. But this is also how I function. I fall deeply into the things I care about.

And maybe that’s also why I appreciate this journey so much. Because I know nothing lasts forever. One day this chapter will end too.

So for now, I’m just trying to enjoy every second of it while it’s here.

Years of effort. Hard work. Showing up on the days I didn’t want to. Scars, setbacks, injuries… still pushing forward. Fitter than ever, hungry for more. But most importantly, grateful for every part of the journey and genuinely enjoying the process.
