The engine and the steering wheel is an analogy I used many times when my students struggled with a learning.
Sometimes the movement capacity is there, however during the ex*****on of the movement the body choose a less efficient muscle activation sequence, and consequently, the total efficiency of the movement is compromised.
When this happens the analogy comes handy.
The engine is the Core - a car moves because has an engine, although the steeling wheel defines the direction - the brain 🧠
Mind over body… let the mind lead the process…
