I used to regrets —sometimes even resistant—to the idea that raising children is difficult and exhausting, as if it were a battle.
Until I reached that moment…
A quiet struggle between ideas and generations.
An unspoken attempt by each side to prove its love for the other—while also trying to make its own beliefs prevail.
In the end, the outcome does not depend on who wins. It depends on cooperation between parents and children—on embracing a true win-win principle, where love is not a competition, but a partnership.

Once upon a time, a little young man came to me saying I love the water and it'd my only dispersal sport.

Years flew, and after 10 years together here he became a graduate 🎓 and made me so proud as I used to.

FYI, for all Athletes specially swimmers

Iron-rich plant sources are within everyone's

✅️ sweet potatoes

✅️ the legumes

✅️ green vegetables and leafy

Like purslane, it is rich in iron and vitamin K

Watercress, parsley, spinach and broccoli

✅️ the beet

✅️ eggplant

✅️ dates

Other sources are more expensive

✅️ the legumes

✅️ apples

Combine vitamin C sources to increase iron absorption

✅️ Red bean salad dish with lemon and green pepper

✅️ beetroot juice and strawberries

✅️ Fava beans or thermos and hummus with a squeeze of lemon

✅️ Green spinach for stuffing with lemon squeeze
