Sometimes it is hard to recognise how far you have come when you are living it every day.

Taking a moment to reflect on the past 12 months has honestly filled me with so much joy and gratitude. It’s wild how much you can achieve in such a short space of time.

More than anything, it has reminded me what I really value - being surrounded by people who light me up,
moving my body, getting out in nature, and sharing experiences 🫶

Feeling very excited for what’s ahead… many exciting things in the pipeline, especially with .reformer

Doing what I love with the people I love 💛

Absolute SWEATSVILLE today 🥵
Movement is my medicine. It genuinely shapes my whole day.

I’m so grateful to have the ability to move my body and feel good while doing it. I have never been about being the strongest or the fittest in the room, but if I can inspire even one person to move their body in a way that feels good and motivating to them, that feels so good to me 🙏💪🏻

Committing to my daily practice. ✨

Movement with my .reformer , guided by the amazing keeping me accountable.

If I am being completely honest… I am not someone who naturally loves social media. But I am learning to enjoy it.

It’s a mindset shift.

You can still be authentic and be visible.

I’m definitely not a perfectionist (you can probably tell 😅) — but I believe in getting things done and learning as I go.

Mistakes are part of the process. That is how we grow.

So right now I’m combining the things I love:
Daily movement, my commitment to .reformer , and pushing myself out of my comfort zone by creating content which is something I would usually hold myself back from.

Progress over perfection. 🙏

The past few months have been absolutely wild.

It’s only now, during Ramadan, and with everything happening in the world - that I have been forced to slow down. In a strange way, it feels like a small gift from the universe.

This pause has given me the space to reconnect with my practice.
Meditation. Breathwork. Journaling. Moving on my .reformer

And honestly, I am grateful for this time, I am feeling more like myself and more connected to my body.

I know I’m biased - it’s my business - but I still pinch myself sometimes. .reformer is a product I’m genuinely proud of. It’s something I would absolutely want in my own home or studio.

To build something that aligns so closely with how you actually want to live and move feels incredibly special. Thank you to my amazing business partner can’t wait to have you back so soon with a 👶 in the picture, and to who has been the most incredible support and asset to our evolving team 💛🫶
