The emphasis at Sweet Spot Tennis Academy is o

n 10 and under tennis in order to equip and bring up a generation of recreational, college bound, Saudi Davis Cup and Olympic hopefuls and high-performance players. In today’s competitive and complex world, it is paramount that we equip our children with the values and life-skill sets that will pave their way into successful adulthood. Sweet Spot’s approach to tennis harnesses the skills we learn on the court such as discipline, strategic-action, confidence, composure, agility, strong work ethics, good sportsmanship and perseverance, among numerous others, and absorbs them into life-style habits off the court. The success of Sweet Spot’s tennis is based on the 5 pillars of:

• Technical Skills: solidify the basics of tennis, the forehand, backhand, volley, serve and strategic defense/ attack
• Physical Fitness: exercises to improve coordination, balance, agility, endurance and strength
• Healthy Nutrition: athletic nutritional information, approach food as performance fuel
• Mental Engagement and Conditioning: adopting a positive can-do attitude, building self-confidence, visualizing success
• Supportive Environment: as a team, which includes parents, kids, coaches, and staff, we are committed to giving children the space to learn fun skills and adopt healthy habits that will endure their lifetime
