Everytime you tell yourself you can't, you need more break, you're too tired, it will just take more time to reach the gains. Just enjoy the journey, this is sweet pain that will bring about the awesome results you earned with your sweat and hard work towards your goal whatever it is.

Trust me, during the workout you might feel like 💩 but as soon as you accomplish it you will feel great, so pat yourself on the back and praise your work 💪
