All the way from 🇳🇴 Norway, Grethe will be helping us develop the next generation of female champions in Saudi Arabia inshallah!!
Grethe has 10 years experience in kickboxing and boxing. Multiple championships in national and international tournaments.
FLAGBOXING will be offering private training and private group training with her starting in May!

I think it’s important to ask yourself “Am I happy? Do I feel fulfilled? Is there something missing in my life? Is there something I can do to make it better?

There are times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed, and we have a million things going on all at once. (Believe me, I know)
Or the chores of our daily lives seem meaningless and mundane.

It’s important to take charge of your life by taking the first step to bettering it.
Whatever that step may be.
▪️Spending more time with family or kids
▪️Going on a retreat
▪️ Trying something new
▪️ Getting closer to God
▪️ Becoming healthier physically and mentally.

As simple as it sounds, we understands that this first step could be the hardest step you ever take, so If during this process you feel the need to let out a little stress, FLAGBOXING is here to help!! 😉

It’s always a pleasure to be featured, but it’s even better when you’re featured along side women you love and admire.
Very proud to see my girl being recognized for her beastly efforts.
I love her last quote in her article “There are some who don’t agree with my style of training. Some have told me that my muscles are unfeminine and look disgusting. The thing is, overall health is my greatest push; it’s as simple as that. It’s not only about what my body looks like, but how it performs and what it can do”
