"LAT PULL DOWN" - It is easier to pull down than to build up strength training exercise designed to develop the latissimus dorsi muscle.

Steps:
1- Start off sitting a cable pull down machine that has a wide bar attachment and grab it with a wide overhand grip.
2- Keeping your abs drawn in, back straight and pull down on the bar to your upper chest.
3- Hold for a count at bottom position, squeeze your lats and then slowly return back to the starting position.

-Barbell deadlift is a classic bodybuilding exercise meant for putting on mass and building strength overall throughout the entire body.-

How to do ?

1) Start of standing in front of the barbell with your feet shoulder width apart.
2) Pick up the barbell while keeping your arms extended straight down.
3) Stand up straight with the barbell in your hands, and refrain from moving your arms.
4) Bend back down at the knees with barbell.
5) Repeat for the desired amount of reps.

Benefits of exercise

1) Build muscles
2) Strengthen your Core
3) Burn fat
4) Increases Cardiovascular ability
5) Strong glutes
6) keep your shoulders, spine and hips in alignment
