I have always been asked, "How long will you keep up this lifestyle of eating healthy, waking up early, and being strict with your diet?" My answer has always been the same: forever. I have even ended relationships because of this commitment, I have had to miss out on family reunions, gatherings, and birthdays in order to stay true to my commitment to health and fitness. Although this lifestyle was not as widely accepted as it is today, I never regretted my decision and knew that I was doing the right thing. Now, people are beginning to understand and respect those who are dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle. I don't like to use the word "strict" because I'm not restricting myself from doing the things I love. I wrote this for anyone who may be in the same situation I was in years ago. No matter what anyone else says, stay true to yourself and your goals. Don't let anyone discourage you from living the life you want. Believe in yourself and keep going!

البداية دائماً صعبة ! ولكن مهي مستحيلة.

من انا صغير جربت رياضات كثير وكان اتقاني لي اي رياضه سريع. كنت اعرف كيف اقدر اطور و اتحسن بشكل سريع. واخذت الشي هذا انه للأبد ، انو ممكن ابدء اي شي واتعلمه بسرعه. الى ان دخلت عالم السباحة 🥲🥲، واكتشفت اشياء كثير !! اولهم انو وانت ف عمر صغير سهل تتعلم اي شي وتتقنه بسرعه ! وثاني شي من الاكتشافات انو تتقنه شي وتصير بروفيشنل او في مستوا عالي شي ثاااني تماما!

شعور عدم اتقان الشي يعصب ويطفش ف نفس الوقت و كل ماعصبت او اتنرفزت انك منتا قادر تطور بسرعه حيبطء تعلمك واتقانك للشي هذا ، وكل ما تقبلت عدم فهمك وبطء تعلمك كل ماكان التطور اسهل واحلى في نفس الوقت .

هل تتفق انه العمر فقط رقم ؟

اتفق ولكن في رأيي يجب مراعاة الشخص لي عمره ، انا عن نفسي
محى اسوي الاشياء الي كنت اسويها وانا عمري ١٥-٢٠ سنه و اقول العمر فقط رقم. بالذات في الرياضه. نقاط لازم تعرفها: مع التقدم في العمر تقل مرونة المفاصل والأربطة وهذا يأثر بشكل كبير على المدى الحركي والي بنتيجته تصير بعض الحركات اكثر صعوبة. نعم اتفق انه العمر مايحد الشخص من فعل اي رياضه و لكن تحتاج تهتم بكل الاشياء الاساسيه الي ماكانت تعني لك ف عمر صغير مثل النوم الكافي ، الإطالات ، ساعات الإستشفاء الازمه و مع مراعات القدره الشخصيه لكل شخص. لكل عمر قوانينه. ✅

معلومه: الى عمر ال ٤٥ تقدر توصل لأفضل مستوى رياضي ممكن توصل جسمك له. بعد ال ٤٥ تقدر تحافظ على اعلى مستوى وصلت له و لكن يكون صعب التطور من بعده.

طبعا الى مافهم النقطه هذه ⬆️ حيفكر انه اذا عدا ال ٤٥ مايقدر يتطور ، ابداً لا ، و لكن انا بتكلم على افضل مستوى في الرياضه زي اسرع وقت جري ، اكبر وزن ممكن يشيل الخ.. ولهذا السبب مانشوف رياضيين محترفين في رياضات تحتاج مجهود بدني كبير بعد عمر ال ٤٥.

physical activity to keep your progress going. So, you do not have to start all over again when your done from your vacation.
And that time could be less than 30 minutes/2 times a week.
