E3 is founded on three guiding principles that are inherent to its name and represent the three E’s: Environment, Empowerment and Edutainment. All that we do and services that we provide to our clients and the public shall adhere to these pillars that can be detailed as follows:
Environment - We strive to foster environmentally friendly communities by giving priority to environmentally friendly t
echnologies and approaches and minimising adverse environmental impacts over the whole life cycle of our interventions. Empowerment - Our aims are the economic and educational empowerment of the people inhabiting the communities we work in, whilst acknowledging that social, political and psychological dimensions have to be included and addressed. To support the self-determination of individuals and self-sustainability of communities we focus on local empowerment with a particular focus on female-led social entrepreneurship. However, learning is not a linear process and it is easily understood that a joyful mind learns faster and remembers better. We apply entertaining training methods with a focus on transferable knowledge and solution-oriented problem solving skills.
