Yesterday,Our JKA-Rwanda team in the US 🇺🇸 joined a Kumite seminar with Olympic Gold Medalist and World Champion (-67kg) Steven Da Costa.
Chairman Rurangayire Guy Didier, who is also the coach and Head of Delegation, had the opportunity to chat with him about possible collaborations.

Mr Guy also met with Mr Roy O'Kane, WUKF World Karate CEO, and had a fruitful conversation regarding future development projects.

We extend our sincere appreciation to CHEZA for their professionalism, expertise, and commitment throughout the workshop. This collaboration delivered valuable learning opportunities to 110 young athletes aged 5–17 and 38 coaches from different disciplines Squash, Karate, Basketball, Football, Boxing, and Athletics.

The knowledge shared and practical sessions conducted will contribute to long-term athlete development and continued capacity building for coaches. We thank for their strong partnership and meaningful contribution to sports development in Rwanda.
