🎉 5th in Europe! 💪💪💪

EBUCC2018 - European Beach Ultimate Club Championships was the first large international tournament for our team. Not a bad start! And a great end of the 2018 outdoor season.

After a somewhat shaky start on day 1, we won a very important pre-quarter game against Cosmo, advanced to the quarters to face FAB, and lost that on a universe point after a 4-point comeback. The last game of the tournament against french Magic Disc Angers was also a bit dramatic but ended up with a universe point win for us. What a great way to finish the tournament!

That was an awesome teamwork and a great time in Castelldefels. Most importantly, we are now full of motivation for qualifying and making it back to EBUCC in 2020!

Thanks to all the opponents for putting up strong fights and for the spirit, to the organizers for running this almost perfect first-time event, and of course to all the friends, fans, and families, who followed our progress and supported us throughout the tournament!

Looking forward to see some familiar faces starting from the pool games!

This Saturday the draw for EBUCC2018 - European Beach Ultimate Club Championships put us in Group C. In less than a month, we will meet Shadows Ultimate, Murciélagos Ultimate Valencia and Scorillaz in our first games in Castelldefels. See you on the fields guys! 🙂

Another step on the way to EBUCC2018 - European Beach Ultimate Club Championships. Shadows are bringing home gold 🥇and MVP🏅(Yegor Naumov) from the Amber Thunder Beach Ultimate Tournament⚡️⚡️⚡️this weekend in Kaliningrad, Russia!

Key highlights are the tight games, the comebacks, the upwind breaks and the downwind hucks, and of course the team spirit and chemistry that kicked in at the right moment and kept us strong 💪

Huge thanks to the organizers for launching this new awesome tournament, for the great weather conditions – the sun☀️, the wind💨, the perfect beach, and the amazingly warm sea 🌊! Hope this becomes regular and attracts even more teams.

Special thanks to NOVA. Kyiv Ultimate Club. for the bonus scrimmage at the end of the first day, and for the great semifinal game – congrats on taking bronze🥉 and winning the Spirit🏆, 100% deserved! Good luck with further preparation for EBUCC and see you in Barcelona in October 🖐
