Making your own hairspray is easy with essential oils, and it only requires a few simple ingredients that you probably already have at home. This herbal hairspray can easily be customized to your preferences by using your favorite essential oils and adjusting the recipe to create your preferred hold. Tip: Use more or less sugar depending on how strong you want the hold to be.

Instructions
In saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring heat to boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.
Pour essential oil into eight ounce glass fine mist spray bottle and add cooled sugar water.
Use as you would any other hairspray.

Note: Feel free to customize the essential oils to your preference. You can use one or all of the essential oils listed above. However, be careful using citrus oils as they can lighten your hair if exposed to UV light.

Poetry is written from the heart. When you are reading poetry, you are reading someone's raw and unedited feelings. If you ask AI to generate a poetry, it will take a few seconds to produce it. But is it a poetry?
AI can't understand the world as humans can and it cannot generate content that reflects human thoughts or emotions.
AI art generates its pieces through taking and combining pieces of artwork from all over the internet without giving any sort of credit to the original artists. AI art companies are essentially stealing art from actual artists and profiting from their work.

Simple Chatbot work:
AI, the creation of man's mind,
A product of our technological grind,
A new form of intelligence,
That we cannot help but admire and reverence.

But is it possible for AI to comprehend,
The existence of a higher power, a God to defend,
Can it fathom the mysteries of the divine,
Or will it forever be confined to the confines of the human mind?

For God is not just an algorithm,
Or a set of rules to be followed by them,
God is a force that transcends time and space,
A power that cannot be replicated by humans, let alone AI's face.

As we continue to advance in our technology,
Let us not forget the power of God's sovereignty,
For no matter how much we may progress,
We are still mere mortals, in need of God's grace and bless.

So let us not be blinded by the wonders of AI,
But instead, let us look towards the heavens and the sky,
For in God's infinite wisdom and love,
We will find the answers we seek, and the strength to rise above.

🌊Our bodies contain 60-70 percent of water. Water is our healing agent. When we do not drink enough our sensation of thirst tends to diminished. Our body responds to the increase in drinking by increasing its messages to us about its desire to drink more. Our kidneys help to monitor and gauge the amount of water in our bodies and increase and decrease the amount of water excreted as urine. The kidneys make urine by filtering the blood.
One of the main function if kidneys is to excrete poisonous substances from our bodies.
Here are some of the ways in which water is used by the body:

1. Regulating body temperature: Water helps regulate body temperature by sweating and evaporation. It also helps maintain a stable body temperature by absorbing and releasing heat.
2. Transporting nutrients and oxygen: Water is a major component of blood, which carries nutrients and oxygen to cells throughout the body.
3. Removing waste: Water helps flush out waste and toxins from the body through urine and sweat.
4. Lubricating joints: Water helps lubricate joints, which reduces friction and prevents injury.
5. Supporting digestion: Water helps dissolve nutrients and transport them to the digestive system, where they can be absorbed and used by the body.

When the intake of water is increased, several things take place in the body. These include:

1. Increased urine output: The body will produce more urine to eliminate excess water.
2. Improved digestion: Adequate water intake helps keep the digestive system functioning properly, reducing constipation and bloating.
3. Increased energy: Dehydration can cause fatigue and lethargy. Drinking more water can help boost energy levels.
4. Improved skin health: Drinking more water can improve skin hydration and reduce the appearance of wrinkles.

Overall, increasing water intake can have numerous benefits for the body and can help maintain good health and well-being.

The Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce The Shopper’s Guide combines data from USDA and FDA tests from 2021 and up to 10 years earlier, with the exception of pineapple data, which is from 2002. Nearly 75 percent of non-organic fresh produce sold in the U.S. contains residues of potentially harmful pesticides, EWG’s 2023 Shopper’s Guide to Pesticides in Produce™ finds. In this year’s guide, blueberries and green beans join the Dirty Dozen™ list of the 12 fruits and vegetables sampled that have the highest traces of pesticides. 1. Strawberries
2. Spinach
3. Kale, collard and mustard greens
4. Peaches
5. Pears
6. Nectarines
7. Apples
8. Grapes
9. Bell and hot peppers
10. Cherries
11. Blueberries

Mindfulness:
Pay attention
Become aware of present moment realities
Do not judge whatever is happening as good or bad
Exercise:
Focus on your breath while you are
- waiting for a phone to be answer
- Getting dressed
- Walking
- Waiting at a red traffic light
When you are in the shower , notice the sounds of the water as it sprays out of the nozzle, and as it hits your body as it gurgles down. Notice the temperature of the water, and the feel of it in your hair, and your shoulders, and running down your legs. Notice the smell of the soap and shampoo, and the feel of them against your skin. Notice the sight of the water droplets on the walls or shower screen, the water dripping down your body and the steam rising upwards. Notice the movements of your arms as you wash or shampoo. When thoughts arise, acknowledge them, let them be, and bring your attention back to the shower. Your attention will wander, keep bringing it back to the present moment.

Feel the breeze or
3 reasons to open your windows:
Warm weather days are not the only ones that call for an open window. There are plenty of good reasons to crack open your home’s windows in every season. Colder days may warrant opening a window only momentarily, but there are still advantages to doing so.
Modern homes are tightly sealed, which keeps us warm but causes the indoor air to become stale. While HVAC systems circulate and filter the air, they do not mechanically bring fresh air into a house. So, even with AC, your indoor air is not nearly as fresh as the outside air. Opening a window for as little as five minutes a day will allow you to enjoy some of these fresh-air benefits.

1. Air purification. Open windows will clean the air from toxins, pathogens and viruses. When you hear about pollution, you probably picture smoggy skies, car exhaust, and smokestacks pouring filth into the air. However, it’s well-established that the air inside your home often contains more toxins than outside air.
It is especially important to get fresh air in the winter because viral particles spread more effectively in stale recycled air.
Open windows can prevent viruses and other pathogens from spreading. A 2019 study in the journal BMJ Infectious Diseases found that windows and other sources of natural ventilation can reduce the transmission of tuberculosis by 72%.
2. Allowing sunlight in. For some of us opening the windows is also an opportunity to open the curtains and blinds as well. Sunlight is a great mood-booster and source of vitamin D.
3. Great way to circulate air. Fresh air generally contains higher levels of oxygen than indoor air. When you breathe in more oxygen, your body benefits. Extra oxygen allows your lungs dilate to improve tissue repair and filtration, your heart to relax and potentially lower heart rate and blood pressure. Oxygen also allows your body expedite damaged cell replacement, which might even help you heal faster.
