Frozen Galahs

While it may have been a few years, the Frozen Galahs are still better than ever and on a current mini reunion in Portugal! Today, we’d like to feature Renée.

Renée was born in the Vermont wilderness, spending her winters tapping trees and her summers tapping ass. After being awarded the grand prize in a county syrup competition, Renée took her winnings to Brazil, where she promptly contracted Dr Bu**um for “enhancements”. Her glorious derrière became Instagram famous, leading other former patients to try to shanghaiing her in a jealous rage. Renée escaped to Russia, and found use for her bodacious behind in the form of hip checking Canadian broomball players, her true syrup enemies.

Frozen Galahs for the win! Walking away with the award for Most Entertaining Player, Best Attacker, and Best Defender! Rock on ladies!!!! (Caveat:Best attacker belonged to Frozen Conflict, but they were too lame to show, so Frozen Galahs representin' for America, and the Queen!)

Today's featured player is one of two British broads, Emily. After slagging through work at a chippy for years, trying to pay off her cosmetology school loans, Emily and her Brummie accent snagged the attention of a famous red head *cough cough* Prince Harry. Their torrid love affair lasted for 7 years, involving countless formal banquets, jet setting around the world, and one scandalous run-in with a paparazzo, who yelled "Show us your b***s, love," and Emily, (for whom no amount of princess training could erase a Birmingham upbringing) responded with "Go on, then" and proceeded to lift her shirt. Emily was quickly removed from the public eye for "exhaustion" and the Queen sent her off to Russia to become more ladylike. In an act of rebellion, Emily chose to play broomball, knowing how much her Harry likes his gals sporty :) The Frozen Galahs are happy to have you, you British Bombshell!

Today's featured player is Sarah the Slugger. At the tender age of 3, Sarah interrupted a drug deal while looking for the potty. She and her parents escaped Mexico with El Chapo in hot pursuit. They hitch hiked north to Minnesota, eventually settling on Lake Cedar ( #6,673 out of 10,000) in Hennepin County. Those 2 acres of frozen ice became little Sarah's refuge, where she would practice running on ice and smacking around pinecones with a stick made from tree bark. That dedication to ice running led her to be recruited to the University of Minnesota's distance ice running team at the 6,000 meter distance. By the time she became a Golden Gopher graduate, she was already being recruited by Broomball teams worldwide. Nice to have you on the Frozen Galahs, Sarah!
