We present you a new version of the KiteLab bar "Control bar V4 mascon", which combines unsurpassed reliability and affordable price.
Our team has invested a huge amount of time and effort in research and experiments to develop a technology for the production of a bar that would meet the requirements of the budget segment, but at the same time did not lose its quality and strength characteristics. We settled on the technology of injection molding from glass-filled nylon. Especially for this purpose, a huge machine for casting large parts was purchased for production.
Nylon filled with fiberglass is an incredibly durable material, which in most of its characteristics is not inferior to aluminum alloys. To give the bar even greater rigidity and strength, the central part is reinforced with two stainless steel plates. In its strength properties, the bar is superior to the carbon version, which makes it an ideal choice for demanding conditions of use at a lower cost.
The bar withstands bending loads, springing and maintaining its geometry. In addition, it has excellent resistance to shock loads. The central part of the bar is identical to the carbon version.
Now we have developed a mold to produce 48 cm long bar. However, soon we will start manufacturing other sizes of bars.
