🦋Plasticity, coordination, isolation.
It’s not that easy to improve the plasticity, learn the difficult coordination after a one-hour practice, but this class will give you the lead to HOW and what to pay your attention to. We will learn how to train our body and we are sure that with the help of discipline and persistence the success is inevitable.
🦋Rhythm and musicality.
You hear the music, get well with the rhythm, know when does the emphasis come, but all of that is in your head only and your body can not make all those fantasies come true? This class is for you! It’s created for visualizing the tracks and connecting the music with movements, sound with body.
🦋Kizz Flow and combinatorics.
We will learn how to create a movement, connect it with the next one, how to move the focus on your body parts, will talk about geometry of combining movements.
🦋Strong basis.
We will adjust the steps technique, posture, body balance and compensation. We will talk about the frame and mutual balance, as well as response to different impulses and your own interpretations. We think it’s the most important checklist in kizomba following part.
