Lately, I was asked: "What can touch you that much so you start crying?"
And I didn't even hesitate a second to answer:
"When people get together, when they help each other, when they show kindness, acceptance, and love."

I always cry when I watch the Olympic games opening or closing ceremony. When I see the entire world, all the nationalities unified by something bigger than they are.
There is no anger, fear, or division. There is a magic of sincerity and unification.

No matter where one was born, we are all the same in our core. We are the love❤

I must say people here are scared. But they support each other and those who are in Ukraine. Everyone prays for the world in peace.

So do I. I am sharing my love and support in the way I can🙏
And I will always do.
My heart is with our World❤

I only remember I wanted to become a world ballroom dance champion 🤣 I didn't know it is not a profession 😂

Very fast I've noticed two things about me:
🧸 I was always the one who explained everything to everyone at school. Helping with home tasks, answering questions - that was always me 😄
🧸 people were telling me things. Even now I often hear: "I've never told this to anyone, but I I telling this to you" or "I've told you too much, how did you do this?"😄

Actually I don't know why it happens. I think I just love people and I am sincerely interested in their thoughts and emotions.

Maybe that's why I decided to study psychology. I just love to get to know people, understand them! But the thing I love the most - is to see people happy and smiling. 😍 Sometimes someone's smile can make me cry.

I think if people around you are happy - that means your life matters ❤

Meanwhile continue my Karate training 😛 It goes slowly, but it goes - this is the most important thing 😆

My training tip #6 - establish a specific goal 😎
This is what I did - I want to make an exam for the first belt 😍😍😝

Specific goal gives me the feeling that I need only to put effort for a limited amount of time - before I reach it. I do not think about the whole Karate thing which I need to learn - only some hits and kicks. This feels achievable 😄😛

So wish me luck 🤗

Learning stoptimes is my absolute passion 😍😍😍😍
Yesterday I just heard the beginning of this song and I was like "okay challenge accepted😎"😄
Still had some struggle with it (you will see it in the story😄)

I know that many people say that Musicality is not about showing the sounds, but for me it is a huge part of it!
How else can I show you that this stoptime is awesome if I don't emphasize the hits with my body?😛😛

BTW, we have only 2 spots left for the upcoming Musicality Marathon! Jump in fast, we start on the 1st of February 😋

Yesterday my dream came true 😍😍😍

I am still under impression! Pyramids are way bigger than they appear and it is really hard to imagine how people in that time were able to make such a thing!!! 😱

One week being ill - that's how my year has started 😄🙈
But!!! Talking about learning - having rest after intense time training it is a very good thing 😋

I saw it myself with my students when they went for vacations 😄 After two weeks without dancing they showed better results than before 😍 Apparently in some cases our muscles need time to integrate new patterns.

So if something consistently doesn't work in your trainings - why shouldn't you just take a break?😛

Well, the next Spin Technique Marathon starts on the 10th of January!🥳
129 people have already done this challenge. There were a few that even made it for the second time 😄

Why this Marathon made so much noise?

✅ I am a technique freak and I can find mistakes fast. It takes from 10 sec to 1 min. Imagine you fall while spinning or you spin slowly or you feel dizzy after 2 spins. You can spend months in your room training. I can tell you WHAT is wrong and HOW EXACTLY you have to change it - in 3 min. Imagine how 20 days of this marathon will change your life 😄

✅ in this Marathon you train regularly. Classes twice a week vs consistent training of a specific skill within 20 days. Even half an hour in 2 days bring you to another level!😎

✅ you get private feedbacks. I watch your every video and tell you what and how to do. No waffle. You get a few minutes of pure motivation and precise advice😋

Tip #4 - I train every time when I have time 😄
2 reasons for that 👇

🤗 first of all, when you're just hell excited about what you learn, it is easy 😍 So when I am waiting for smth or have 5 spare minutes I try to repeat the new moves. It feels nice and motivating 😋

✌ secondly, if you just count 5 min training 3 times a day mulitplied by 7 days it will be more than 1.5 hours training per week! 😱 like one real training more! 😋

Moreover, regular repetitions help our brain to memorize things better!

On this video we had like 20 min training - made a short choreo with Afro moves and recorded it 😋 tought me that learning has to be fun!!! 😄 Thank you 😘
