Welcome to the Centre of Cycling Culture & Bicycle Museum “VelomanIA”. Our museum has more than 50 one-of-a-kind bicycles from all over the world: England, Germany, Latvia, Russia, France, Switzerland and Japan. The exposition covers a long period of time: since 1869 till now. We draw special attention to the bicycle by Ephrem Jean produced in France in 1869. The unique collection shows a range of

use of the bike in daily life. It is joined by different documents and materials reflecting the development of bicycle industry in our country and abroad. A wide range of subject books, pocket models of bikes, accessories and equipment, movies and photographs of famous people on bicycles is included. A special section of our museum is devoted to the story of our countryman Onisim Pankratov who made a world trip in 1911-1913 riding on an ordinary bike!
