I often find myself talking passionately about trips out in nature, whether is by bike, running, swimming or hiking. I’m really good at endurance type of races. This is only a selection of the competitions I have participated in:

As a Personal Trainer I know I can help people because of my wide experience with sports competitions, my enthusiasm for outdoor activities, my ability to inspire those around me to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
