Zumba Fit Sibiu isi propune sa faca o combinatie intre dans si aerobic intre exercitii fizice si distractie pe o muzica electrizanta. Zumba combina exercitiile fizice cu distractia deoarece miscarile sunt inspirate din dansurile latino pe diverse ritmuri, incepand cu salsa, samba, merengue si continuand cu r

itmuri africane, columbiene, raggaeton, etc. Repertoriul nu se limiteaza insa la aceste stiluri, Zumba poate fi practicata si pe ritmuri country, funk, rock’n roll etc.
