🔹Sugar is the ingredient that is most responsible for obesity. Too much sugar can cause hyperactivity and consequent fatigue, depressive moods, yeast infections, colds, headaches, sinus problems, disorientation and sleeplessness, and even cancer.

🔹When people consume sugar, the body tries to convert it into energy. But everything that it can’t store as energy gets converted into fat. That’s how sugar causes weight gain.

🔹So without further ado, here is the Detox❗️
—Have a bowl of oats for breakfast
—Nuts as a snack
—Chicken with lots of vegetables for lunch
—And either a vegetable casserole or vegetable soup for dinner. Do that for 3 days and you will see results.
