🔹Sugar is the ingredient that is most responsible for obesity. Too much sugar can cause hyperactivity and consequent fatigue, depressive moods, yeast infections, colds, headaches, sinus problems, disorientation and sleeplessness, and even cancer.

—Have a bowl of oats for breakfast
—Nuts as a snack
—Chicken with lots of vegetables for lunch
