If you relay on momentum, instead of Control,it tells you!!

The springs not just provide resistance, the springs provide information!!!
This particularity still fascinating me!!!

Teaser week!!!
Here I chose the modified Teaser,on Reformer, because he still needs to work on Centre to get stronger!! Also,because he's very tall and he is very tight hamstrings,in this moment impossible to attempt the final form!!
Final form is our goal!!!

Teaser is an exercise that must be attempted just after you hade already done a good job with the Basic Repertoire
It's not worth to do before you really need to be strong enough to achieve a good elongated C curve,engage the upper back and work from Centre!!!
