Dear dancing friends,
Unfortunately, no matter how hard we try to postpone this moment, the special situation we are currently in globally due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, we are forced to make the decision we did not want, namely the CANCELLATION of the long-awaited OWTR rescheduled for this weekend -28 Jan.-1 Feb. 2021.
These moments are difficult for each of us and we hope you understand that it was not at all easy to take this decision; but now the health and safety of all of us, our families and all of our guests it's what counts the most.
For the next period we still need your support, patience (a lot) and understanding.
Please pay close attention to the following information:
ALL THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE PURCHASED INDIVIDUALLY OR THROUGH A DANCE SCHOOL, OR A PROMOTER ANY KIND OF PASS AND / OR ACCOMMODATION, WILL RECEIVE THE VALUE OF THE PASS AND / OR ACCOMMODATION THROUGH THE SAME WAY.
In order to return the amount we need the following information to be sent to: [email protected]
!!! The subject of the email should contain:
NAME, FIRST NAME OF PERSON / NAME OF DANCE SCHOOL / NAME OF PROMOTER as appropriate, who wishes to be reimbursed.
!!! Email content should contain:
*NAME, FIRST NAME OF THE PERSON WHO WANTS TO BE REFUND
*NO. of the IBAN ACCOUNT (only if payment was made individually and not through a dance school or promoter)
*THE BANK NAME AND THE ACCOUNT HOLDER (the return can be made to any type of account or also through the Revolut type card).
*How did you purchased the pass / accommodation - please mention one of the following:
a) Individual
b) Dance school leader (name, first name and surname of the person and name of the school)
c) Promoter (name and surname of the person)
!!! For passes / accommodation purchased through a dance school, the necessary information is - SCHOOL LEADER DATA - where the total amount will be sent (IMPORTANT! The return of the amounts is his/hers responsibility), as well as the list of names of people for whom he purchased the pass. / accommodation (mentioned for each case).
!!! For passes / accommodation purchased through a promoter, the necessary information is - PROMOTER DATA - where the amount will be sent (IMPORTANT! The return of the amounts is promoter’s responsibility), and also the list of names of people for whom he/she purchased the passes / accommodation (mentioned for each case).
We know all of us invested time, emotions, energy ... and financially it is a difficult period for all of us. As we said before and you certainly realize, a considerable amount has already been invested to develop this event at a high level as we all wanted, and now without saying too many details, a lot of the investment remains unrecoverable.
For this reason we appeal to your kindness with the following requests:
If you agree to donate a small amount (@10 Euros or as much as you consider - any amount is helpful) of the total amount of the pass / accommodation, please send us this mention in the e-mail with refund dates.
!!! For those who want a full refund, please write this also in the e-mail, and this decision will not have any repercussions on the holder.
This value as donation would help us a lot to reduce the total lost costs and also to reduce the waiting time for the return of the payments already made.
!!!!!! Important:
This process will be a long one, so please be patience and understanding, we want to assure you that every person who paid for the pass / accommodation will be refunded.
Given the fact that with our announcement of the event cancellation, no guarantee is made that third parties (VIPs, airlines, etc.) will return the full amount already paid, any help from you is welcome and we will do our best to avoid major delays.
