✅Tip of the day: if you wanna get leaner, stop eating carbs for breakfast and switch to a high protein, high fat meal. I know, there are many persons out there who recommend to eat oats and fruits and so on, but try my way for a couple of weeks and see the results. The science behind this idea in simple words: during night sleep growth hormone levels are elevated, helping burning fat and using it as primary energy source. The moment your body receives any glycogen, the growth hormone levels drops and insuline goes up. So the fat-burning period is switched off.
