Total Box Club Antrenamentele se desfasoara sub indrumarea multiplului Campion National si Vicecampion Mondial Marian Velicu.

Va asteptam la sala Lotus Sport (zona City Mall - Eroii Revolutiei) pe cei doritori sa practice boxul de performanta dar si pe cei care vor sa se antreneze pentru o conditie fizica buna, eliberarea de stresul cotidian si pentru intarirea musculaturii sau sa slabeasca, boxul fiind un sport ce dezvolta capacitatea respiratorie si te ajuta sa iti recapeti mobilitatea. Programul antrenamentelor este urmatorul:
Luni, Miercuri si Vineri - 8:00- 10:00
Marti si Joi - 16:00 - 18:00
