Fara strop de ulei sau alte bazaconii. Doar rosii coapte si dulci, ceapa, usturoi, ardei iute, patrunjel, sare , piper si...ficatei. Asa gateste olteanca: simplu, sanatos si de lins pe degete! Nu cred in diete. Trebuie sa mananci sanatos toata viata. Vreau gust, sa imi placa si nutrienti esentiali pentru a ma mentine in forma. Hai la masa!🫶☀️

This is a page that I have built with joy & respect only for people that support my activity! Thank you all for being next to me for so many years. Unii oameni abia gasesc o zi in care sa faca miscare Eu fac pauza o zi doar pentru ca asa trebuie. Putina lume intelege efortul pe care il faci ca antrenor : sa antrenezi si sa schimbi vietile oamenilor dar sa iti mai ramana timp si pentru antrenamentele talle. Fara pasiune nu poti merge mai departe. Nu am decat o varianta: pana la capat!✌️ ☀️
