📌Nutriție fără bălării! - Salvează acest post pentru mai târziu!

Nutriția post-antrenament este la fel de importantă (dacă nu chiar mai importantă) decât cea pre-antrenament. După ce ai terminat un antrenament intens, trebuie să îți refaci rezervele de energie pentru a maximiza progresul și recuperarea.

👉 Ce ar trebui să mănânci după antrenament?
⏳ În primele 30 de minute – un shake proteic + fructe 🍓
⏳ O oră mai târziu – o masă echilibrată 🍛 pentru energie și refacere musculară
⏳ Dacă ți-e foame mai târziu – un snack smart, ca să nu ajungi flămând la următoarea masă

⚠️ Aceasta este o strategie care funcționează pentru majoritatea oamenilor, dar nu este o regulă absolută. Fiecare organism reacționează diferit, iar nevoile pot varia. Consideră acest post un ghid rapid, nu o rețetă fixă.
