We’ll work on:
choreo · somatic vocab · anatomy & health · partnership
while building more clarity, control and confidence in your movement.

👉 Descarcă aplicația PLANIFY, creează-ți cont și alege clasa sau abonamentul care ți se potrivește. Rezervarea locului se face direct în app, rapid & easy.

👉🏽 Clasele de 2 ore sunt gândite ca un tot, pentru experiența completă, e nevoie să rezervi ambele sesiuni (le recunoști ușor în program după chenar).

👉 FlexiPass = libertate totală 🤍
Abonamentele lunare îți oferă acces la clasele săptămânale, iar tu îți rezervi locul direct din aplicație, în funcție de disponibilitate.

Some days you come full of energy, some days you come because you need to get out of your usual routine, your usual thoughts, your usual version of the day.

And somehow, for one hour, we all meet in the same room.
We move, we learn, we laugh a little, we stop overthinking for a bit.

That’s what our Absolute Beginner classes are about.
Not being perfect.
Not knowing everything.
Just showing up, starting from zero and giving yourself one hour that feels different.
