�DORU BAIAS has 32 years of climbing experience, starting with 1985 (Alpinism) and 1995 (Sport Climbing). In Sport Climbing he has climbed routes up to 8a and on-sighted 7b+. He started to teach/coach sport climbing and bouldering back in 2013. He is an official Romanian Climbing Federation (FRAE) coach. Coaching performance:
* Robert Ardeleanu - Second place - Bouldering - Carpatic International Trophy
*Codruta Rauta - Second place - Sport Climbing HCO International outdoor competition
*Ruxi and Ionut Bojita - after almost two years of climbing and training they have both redpointed 7a routes in the notoriously hard area of Frankenjura, Germany.
�VALENTINA ALDEA has been climbing passionately for the past 18 years and loves spending a few months each year on the rocks of Geyikbayiri/Turkey, Kalymnos/Greece and Frankenjura/Germany. Valentina has sport climbed hundreds of routes up to 8a (9+/10- UIAA) and is continually looking for the next challenge. She is an official Romanian Climbing Federation (FRAE) coach. Her aim is to instill the love of climbing onto her students. Coaching performance :
