MMA - Mixed Martial Arts Mixed Martial Arts training First lesson's a teaser (FREE)! We will alternate kickboxing and ground fighting, and include cardio training and stretching.

During the training you will not only obtain skills related to your ability to defend yourself, but you will gain strengh, flexibility and great muscular tonus! Please note that you need to inform the trainers beforehand should you have any medical restrictions, such as heart diseases. Primul antrenament este gratuit. Datorita antrenamentelor veti obtine pe langa tehnicile de autoaparare si o cres

tere in forta, flexibilitate, tonus muscular si capacitate cardio-vasculara. Va rugam informati antrenorii din timp in cazul in care aveti probleme medicale, cm ar fi boli ale inimii. Vom alterna antrenamentele de kickbox cu lupta la sol, si vom include antrenamente cardio-vasculare si stretching.

17.06.2017, FRAM (Federatia Romana de Arte Martiale) a organizat Campionatul Naţional de Wushu si KungFu, la Sala Polivalenta din Bucuresti. Cirstea Mihai a devenit campion national FRAM la categoria grea(+90 Kg.) medaliat cu aur la
secţiunea Sanda Sanshou (KickBoxing chinezesc, full-contact). Mihai Cirstea, membru al Team ORION (aka CS Zanshin),
a reprezentat CS JAD. Organziare foarte buna si profesionala a competitiei, meritul si felicitarile pentru echipa condusa
de sifu Grindeanu Petre impreuna cu sifu Benea.
Finala a avut loc intre Cirstea Mihai(Bucuresti) vs. Marius Pislariu Sofron(Targu Mures). Marius Pislariu a fost campion
mondial de kempo, a debutat la MMA profesionist in Show-ul din 19.12.2016 al galei RXF 25 MMA All Stars 3). D**a
doua numaratori in repriza a 2-a echipa din Mures a decis aruncarea prosopului...
