So glad I did this during pregnancy — breastfeeding and carrying my baby feel so much easier now.
This prenatal routine is still saving my body in postpartum, helping me release the tension and discomfort that come with carrying and breastfeeding my baby.
Save this routine and try it as an interval workout:
1. With a yoga block
Arms straight. Press into the block with the center of your palms. 3 rounds × 30 reps
2. With a resistance band
Place the resistance band around your wrists. Pull it apart with your wrists, keeping your elbows close to your body. 3 rounds × 30 reps
✅️ You should feel your muscles working — it shouldn’t feel effortless😉
3. Thread the Needle
A gentle release for the shoulders and upper back. 3 reps per side
💚And when you’re done, take a moment to thank yourself 🙏 for the time you’ve taken for your body — and thank your wise body for the incredible gift of becoming a mother and carrying your baby under your heart. 🤍
