Brasov Running Festival International The Brasov Running Festival is the most important athletic event in the World Athletics calendar in South-East Europe. Save the date 🗓 3-4th of October 2026

The competition, held in Brasov, starting in 2021, features an annual World Athletics Elite Label accredited 10km road running race entitled "tRUNsylvania International 10K". Beyond that, the running festival also includes a multitude of other races aimed at amateurs, children, and professionals. Races are run on a 3,494m loop, using the same finish line but with starting points that vary depending on the length of the leg. In 2023, Brasov Running Festival also organized for the first time the one-mile race - "European Road Mile", in which more than 20 European athletes from countries such as Turkey, Ireland, Holland, Italy, Austria, Greece, and Bulgaria competed.

The running community doesn’t stop at just one START line.

On April 18–19, 2026, our friends from the Beogradski maraton - Belgrade marathon are preparing a special edition: for the first time in the event’s history, a two-day running festival.

As part of the event, runners will also be able to visit the Running EXPO, held in the days leading up to the races. There, participants can collect their race kits, explore sponsor and partner activations, and enjoy a rich program on the main stage.

We also love events that go beyond competition and create a full experience. If you’re looking for a race abroad or want to add another START to your calendar, Belgrade is waiting for you.
